The Hudl group of companies stands against all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking and child labor, and works to prevent it from taking place in our business operations and supply chains. We believe that every person has the right to freedom, dignity, and respect, and we are committed to upholding these fundamental principles.
For the purposes of this statement, “modern slavery,” refers to slavery, servitude, any type of forced or compulsory labor, child labor, and human trafficking. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this statement are to Hudl.
Hudl operates worldwide, and has subsidiaries across the globe including in Australia and the UK. This statement is written to comply with Modern Slavery Legislation in the UK, Australia, and other global jurisdictions with similar requirements, and is in relation to the financial year ended 31 March 2026. During this reporting period, we maintained our existing policies and procedures and implemented training. This statement includes information about Hudl's structure, activities, supply chains, policies, due diligence processes, training, and effectiveness measures to prevent and reduce the risk of forced labor and child labor.
Hudl is a global sports technology company headquartered in the United States, dedicated to shaping the future of sports and empowering athletes to make every moment count. The Hudl group consists of various entities worldwide, all of which work closely together and follow the same policies and procedures to tackle modern slavery, including in the UK, Australia and Canada.
We provide hardware and software sports technology solutions to customers throughout the globe. We work with a range of suppliers to manufacture many of our finished hardware products, components and parts, and to distribute and support our products and services.
Hudl has a longstanding commitment towards ethical, social and environmental responsibility within our business. We strive to comply with all applicable labor laws and place great emphasis on equality and diversity within our business.
Hudl has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. As part of that commitment, we have implemented our “Modern Slavery Policy” to supplement our existing corporate and HR policies and to help ensure that our business operates in an ethical and responsible way.
We seek to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our business or supply chains. Whilst we consider the risk of modern slavery occurring in our business to be low, we recognize that we must always remain vigilant, and we work actively with our suppliers to prevent modern slavery existing in any form in our supply chains.
Our anti-slavery efforts require strong collaboration and engagement with our global suppliers.
We seek to partner with suppliers who share our values, and we expect our suppliers to share Hudl’s commitment to operating fair and equitable practices. Hudl chooses each supplier carefully, and once chosen by our team, each supplier is responsible for implementing policies to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Our team reviews each supplier’s policies to ensure they meet Hudl’s standards. A commitment to stamping out all forms of modern slavery is a Hudl requirement.
Our goal is to conduct due diligence on our suppliers and business partners to identify and assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains, and we are aiming to improve how we do this in the future. We continue to use risk assessment tools such as the Global Slavery Index and we evaluate industry, location, recruitment practices, and past violations using tools such as Z2Data.
Where risks are identified, we conduct due diligence before entering into any contractual obligation to ensure that modern slavery risks are appropriately addressed, and we do not work with any supplier whose operations and/or supply chain do not satisfy our requirements. We assess the effectiveness of our efforts to prevent modern slavery by regularly reviewing our procedures and policies.
We assess the effectiveness of the steps we take to mitigate the risk of modern slavery by measuring quantitative metrics, such as the number of suppliers who have been onboarded who could be considered high-risk, engaging with suppliers and documenting feedback on whether our practices are contributing to modern slavery risks, and the number of supplier audits completed.
We expect all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to report any suspected or actual instances of slavery, human trafficking, or forced labor. We take all concerns seriously. If anyone working for us has concerns, our modern slavery policy provides for the reporting of these matters to an appropriate manager, and sets out how these concerns should be escalated where needed. We are committed to investigating all such reports and taking appropriate action.
To strengthen our reporting framework, Hudl implemented an enhanced whistleblowing system and policy in the past financial year. This platform provides all employees—including full-time staff, interns, and other stakeholders—with a secure, anonymous channel to report concerns related to unethical or unlawful practices, including modern slavery. The system is supported by internal training to ensure users understand how and when to report.
This whistleblowing mechanism has improved our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to potential risks of modern slavery across our operations and supply chains.
As of the end of the financial year on 31 March 2026, no incidents of modern slavery were reported through any of our reporting mechanisms.
To measure the impact and effectiveness of these steps, we consider the percentage of staff who have completed required training around modern slavery risks, listen to staff feedback on the clarity and accessibility of our policies and training, and assess the number of whistleblowing reports received regarding modern slavery risks.
This Modern Slavery Statement is submitted by the Hudl group legal entity applicable to the relevant jurisdiction.
The Hudl group applies a single risk management framework and has taken a uniform, centrally-governed approach to assessing and addressing modern slavery risks across all its global operations.
Hudl’s entities operate under the Hudl Supplier Code of Conduct, the Whistleblowing Policy and the Modern Slavery Policy. The implementation of these global policies ensures that any operations and supply chains managed by Hudl’s global businesses are all subject to the same rigorous assessment and action.
Given the high degree of connectivity between Hudl group companies, the process of consultation for this statement was embedded within the management framework. This ensures that the global policies, risk assessments, and remedial actions detailed in this statement are fully applicable to, and reflective of, the operations of Hudl’s worldwide business.
The consultation process was conducted internally among the various functional teams within Hudl. This included Hardware Operations (including Sourcing and Supplier Management), Legal, and Learning and Development Operations.
To ensure our commitment to identifying and preventing modern slavery is embedded across our operations, particularly within our supply chain management, we provide mandatory, dedicated training on forced labour and modern slavery risks for all relevant employees. In the 2025-26 financial year, we provided this training to our Hardware Operations team, and have achieved a 100% completion rate.
The training module provides essential information on our responsibilities to identify and prevent forced labour in supply chains, how to recognise signs and indicators of forced labour, how to address the risks of forced labour in supply chains and how to report concerns.
Our People Team actively tracked compliance to ensure the mandatory training requirement was met by all relevant staff, confirming that key personnel are equipped with the knowledge necessary to detect and act upon potential modern slavery risks within our global supply chains and operations.
In addition to this statement, Hudl has Master Subscription Agreement for our customers, which can be found at www.hudl.com/legal/msa and a Supplier Code of Conduct, which can be found at www.hudl.com/legal/suppliers. Our Supplier Code of Conduct specifically addresses Hudl’s stance on modern slavery and child labor, amongst other things. We have also rolled out our Modern Slavery Policy and our Whistleblowing Policy, which are both available internally.
Hudl recognizes that more can always be done in preventing all forms of modern slavery, and we will regularly review and update this policy to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
In accordance with the requirements of the relevant Modern Slavery legislation, I attest that I have reviewed the information contained in the report for the entity or entities listed above. Based on my knowledge, and having exercised reasonable diligence, I attest that the information in the report is true, accurate and complete in all material respects for the purposes of the Act, for the reporting year listed above.
